Architectural Design & Drawings
2D floor plans, 3D elevation renders, structural drawings, and GHMC-approved layouts.
Foundation & Structural Work
Soil testing, footings, columns, beams, slabs — all using M20/M25 grade concrete as required.
Brick Masonry & Plastering
External and internal brick walls with quality mortar, followed by smooth dual-coat plastering.
Electrical & Plumbing
Concealed copper wiring (ISI marked), CPVC/UPVC plumbing, switches, sockets, and sanitary fittings.
Tiles, Flooring & Painting
Vitrified floor tiles, wall tiles in wet areas, exterior texture coating, and interior emulsion painting.
Doors, Windows & Grills
Main door in teak wood or UPVC, interior flush doors, powder-coated aluminum windows and grills.
